Kathy Lewis

Kathy is a certified 500 hour yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for many years.  With a background in teaching, she brings a unique style to her classes, breaking down poses and putting them back together with an emphasis on alignment.

In addition, Kathy brings a variety of yoga flavors to her classes, including Yin Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Therapy Balls, Vinyasa Flow, Wall Yoga, Breathwork, and the ever exciting Choose Your Own Adventure!

Most important, Kathy customizes classes to the needs and preferences of the participants, making it YOUR practice.
