What should I expect during my first visit?

Expect a warm welcome, a calming atmosphere, and guidance every step of the way. Whether you’re joining a yoga class, breathwork session, or guided meditation, our instructors are here to support all experience levels.

Not at all! Our sessions are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. You’ll be guided with compassion and care.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move in. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you prefer (though we do have equipment on-site).

You can register online on our website through our EVENTS PAGE, or in person at the center.

Breathwork is generally safe, but if you have any medical conditions (like asthma, heart issues, or are pregnant), we recommend speaking with your doctor and letting your facilitator know beforehand.
We welcome drop-ins, but space is limited, so booking in advance is recommended to secure your spot.

It varies by person! Many find benefits even after one session, but consistency is key—weekly or biweekly practice often leads to deeper transformation.

Our center is spiritual, not religious. We honor all belief systems and create a space for inner growth, healing, and connection—regardless of background.

Yes! We offer both 1-on-1 and group experiences. Contact us directly to learn more about personalized healing sessions, retreats, or community events.
