My relationship with yoga began as a personal path of healing and reconnection, and over time it has grown into something I now share with others. I continue to move between being a student and a teacher, guided by practices that bring awareness back into the body through breath, presence, and mindful movement.
While living in Bali, I offered Reiki sessions supported by horses, as well as Reiki-infused facials, creating a gentle blend of energetic and physical healing work.
In my classes, I focus on intentional movement and inner awareness, creating a safe space where people can slow down, release, and reconnect with themselves.
