Olivia Schindewolf
Olivia Schindewolf came to yoga through asana, but stayed for everything beyond the physical practice. Over time, yoga’s eight limbs became a meaningful framework for how she moves through the world. The practices of mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and self-study have shaped not only how she practices but also how she lives.
To Olivia, yoga offers an opportunity to pause within the movement of everyday life—to check in, breathe, soften, and reconnect with herself. It invites us to meet ourselves where we are, find balance between effort and ease, and move through life with greater awareness and intention.
Olivia’s journey began with a 200-hour teacher training during her senior year of high school and has continued through years of teaching, additional trainings, and practices in San Diego and the Bay Area. With a background in psychology, she’s especially drawn to the connection between mind and body and the ways movement and breath can deepen our understanding of ourselves.
In her classes, Olivia aims to create a space where students feel both challenged and supported, leaving their mats feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
