Alexandra Mason

Alexandra is a seasoned professional with well over two decades in the fitness industry. Her diverse background is rooted in classical/contemporary dance as well as Yoga and Pilates. She holds several certifications including a 500 RYT from The Soul of Yoga Institute and Pilates Matwork from SCW Fitness Education. Her current teaching repertoire includes Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Stretch & Mobility, Barre, and AquaFit classes. Alexandra is an advocate for mindful movement and sustainable exercise, and her classes and teaching style reflect these ideals. She is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies, and she empowers her clients to cultivate a meaningful and intentional relationship with the body through movement, breath, and awareness. She is recognized for her attention to detail when cueing, highly effective classes, choice of music, and for her warm personality. Alexandra believes in creating safe spaces for people to explore a deeper connection to themselves so that they can in turn create their dream world in everyday life. As a North County native, Alexandra is thrilled to join the Rise community! You may call her Alexandra, or Xandra for short.
