My journey with yoga began as a personal practice of healing and reconnection, and over time, it’s grown into a path I now share with others. As both a student and a teacher, I’m drawn to practices that invite us fully into our bodies—where presence, breath, and inner body awareness guide the way. My classes are rooted in intentional movement, gently layered with elements that help students cross the threshold from the external to the internal. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe to explore, release, and return to themselves—one breath, one movement at a time.
